Thanks LesleyK - took me a while as garden was totally bare few years ago. To the right of this are all my potted fruit and veg and my chilli greenhouse Love it
Lovely pics - your lupins are wonderful Lesley, love cairnsie's clematis, and LBennetts plot is looking productive already (love the dark blue campanula too). And fairy has a new pet.
Just beautiful doc - no wonder you sat and admired it all today
That canna's quite unusual isn't it? Flowers are different to the usual ones or am I imagining that?
Love the Hakonechloa with the ferns and hostas. Mine is very small so I'm looking forward to it getting to that sort of size. I also love that 'obelisk' in the poppy pic. Really striking.
I just noticed the little Iris I bought last year which I couldn't ID has opened. Your pix of the Chrysographes the other day reminded me - it has little yellow markings which you can see on the second pic. Haven't been able to find a similar one in my searches :
Loads of buds to come and they smell gorgeous
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

You know what? I'm beginning to see the point of all these pretty flowers, even if you can't eat them!
Apologies for re-posting the pretty-bed picture though - I'd forgotten I'd put it on before.
These are my runner beans, planted out as healthy young plants a week ago:
Impressive, eh? And no shortage of...er... wild plants either.
Beautiful blue clematis Fairy. It looks huge or do you have tiny fairy bees
