They're lovely pix BL - I particularly like the cyclamen
I took one of the window in my screen today. I stuck the canna at the back now that it's finished and it was pretty with the sun coming in from the side. Please ignore the messy bit of grass - it'll be a path by next year.
and the planting by the little pond has it's new gravel. Just needs the pond plants,a top up and a few tweeks now to set it up for next year
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
A hedychium originally grown from seed, about to flower. This is the only but that survived the heater breaking down in the greeenhouse in the middle of the really bad winter. minus 10 in the greenhouse is not good.
A late flowering canna. Two more dark leaved ones in the garden are in a race with the yucca. Will they flower before the frosts or not?
Lovely pics again everyone. Dahlia Pooh is a stunner Lizzie. I hope good weather keeps coming fidget so that they flower soon
Fairy I meant to say that the canna is lovely through your scren but I remember a pic you took a while ago when the light was fading. I think a flash was used and the canna looked amazing. Worth considering an uplighter
