Which is what I'm doing today
Can see summer beds going over, time to divide and replant, this gives space for others. Having spent the last few weeks looking at gardens am contemplating a few changes and the photos on here are really inspiring too.

aybe a stronger colour here and there, something to take into autumn and would love to have taller plants which will 'frost' into winter. Think I will have to cut back on the lawns for deeper borders Much to consider
non-gardeners dont realize how much looking a good garden requires-i have a friend who calls me the secret gardener because he claims hes never actually seen me do anything.

Lovely splashes of colour Victoria. You can see that late summer/autumn light coming in. It definitely changes the flower colours.

Your climate brings it's own problems David! You can grow all sorts of things that I couldn't grow here though
