Another scorcher of a day. tomato avenue and sweet pea alley all watered before it got too hot. The godetias i potted up yesterday are standing up fine, all fifteen pots so my conservatory should be a picture in the autumn and winter. Today i will plant my Xmas potatoes in their planter and stand it near the water butt in case this drought continues all through to September.
It's lovely, I like the shape of the flower, can't wait for weekend to come so I can get in the garden again, I notice my astar plants had started flowering all pastel colours, I will wend you a photo at the weekend

Your 'Golden Jubilee' garden is looking good Marion, a lovely compliment of colours.
One of my FB friends brought me two mini
golden rose bushes when she visited and they now are in the Golden jubilee garden awaiting the Bistol in bloom judging.
Phew! Thank goodness for this breeze otherwise think I would be wilting today
Checked the garden early and loved the freshness of these flowers
and the ever faithfull geraniums who continue to suprise me with new
flowers
