Sure you are all bored with 'my' lake now, but I find it mesmorising, everyday it is different, frozen today with a layer of fresh snow on it which hadn't settled anywhere but on the lake.
Love the moon shot DavidK.

Oh David, don't get too technical, it is just a camera phone, a Motorola Moto G (?) I believe. From what I can see the HDR is set to auto, I really just point & click when I see a view I like.
Thank you for the compliments, very lucky to have such super views on my doorstep.

Don't worry, DD...didn't intend to get technical, promise. The reason I asked is because while the foreground is in focus, the background is out of focus, this would indicate that the camera is set on auto. For both the foreground and background to be in focus a smaller aperture (maybe f16) would need to be used.
Most peeps are happy to use their cameras in auto.....still an excellent shot though.

David that is a wonderful picture, if you concentrate on it the glow seems to change in intensity.
Thanks, KEF ...so it does, hadn't noticed until I just concentrated on it for a few seconds.
