David M glad that wasp kept you company and didn't visit me
David K a lovely shot of a very fine bird also not happy at seeing it tethered. I have seen some lovely flying displays by birds of prey that are in captivity because they have been injured and wouldn't survive on their own. Yorkshire wildlife park had a lovely fly by / performance by rescue birds the last time we went. Must remember to go again when it gets cold, last time the tigers were so lethargic it was too warm for them. Memo to self, remember to take camera The bandstand was where I used to run around until I was dizzy many, many moons ago.
D Doris love the orchid, well don't know if love is right word bit weird. I had a lily that before it opened looked like a dinosaurs head. Think I might have posted it on here.
Runny what can I say ? You go to a GC and take pics of cards I took mine camera last Feb' to take pics of hellebores to decide which to buy later, batteries went so I came home with two plants.
Looking forward to more of Fidget's underwater treasures

Thanks, Rb.....I shouldn't really have messed about with your pic without permission.....sorry.
Anyway, I rotated the original to upright, removed the old frame & added another....then added the specs & bow-tie just for a bit of fun.
Glad you approved.

Diamond drops on Alchemilla leaves.
These last 4 pics were taken at Beth Chatto's garden this summer. I go there a lot as it's so peaceful and beautifully inspiring.
