Good morning all - slept in a bit image  it must be that Panda borrowing my body clock image

Another gorgeous morning, full of dancing shadows and birdsong image

Have just heard from a friend in N. Germany about horrendous storms and several people killed!  She was away from home and using public transport to get back - it was chaos and from the sound of it very dangerous too!  Apparently the storms are moving south - I do hope they die out before they reach Belgium and Obelixx image

Still only one of my runner beans has surfaced!  Hurrumph!  Time is getting on!

The problem is I wrote down what I'd sowed but for some reason I left the date blank image

The seeds I used were from a pack opened last year, but within their planting date and normally that wouldn't be a problem - I put the sprinkler on them yesterday to give them half an hour's soaking - I hope that does the trick.  If not I shall be looking out for some plants ........hope the GC doesn't sell out quite yet ...........

    Yes Lesley - they don't like me...image

Even when doing the West Highland way in damp conditions, other people were swatting frantically while I sailed on regardless.....image the Avon skin so soft stuff is supposed to be the best remedy but apparently they've changed the formula because they don't like it being associated with repelling midges. 'Go figure' as young people say nowadays image

I'd accidentally 'trip' and claim an injured ankle/calf/leg/hip would mean it would be dangerous to proceed chicky...image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
