Oh dear Sweet Pea, your poor thigh. Have you tried Cortisone?

Daughter and family went home this afternoon so I worked in the veggie garden. Planted out the French beans, the last of the runners, first ones are going nicely up the poles now, and 4 outdoor cucumbers and did some weeding and watering. One of the grandsons has broken my blue penstemon, waiting to be planted, in half image

Having mug of milky instant coffee. Yuk, I hear some of you say! imageimage

Yep Busy, I've tried all of the things that usually help the bites I often get while at the allotment, they never swell up like this, it doesn't even itch that much, just blimmin stingy! Mustn't mope too much. I think I may do some light gardening afterall. Even if it's just tidying away some of the posts and compost that seem to collect in unsuitable places.

Sadly not. I'm prone to allergic reactions from ANY insect bites, but this is something much worse than what I usually get from ants and fleas!

Just some chilli plants that I am keeping indoors to be potted on, but that's nothing to the task I did have image

I think I may well have earned a drink....just off to walk the dogs now.

If you start feeling sick or faint or it's hard to swallow please see a doctor, Sweet Pea.

No fear BL, OH is looking after me and monitoring the spread of it. I feel ok overall, overworked, but that's to do with the hours I'm putting in at work atm, nothing else. If there's no improvement overnight i'll call up the docs, I usually get given fluoxicillin (sp?) and that does the trick!

Did you get some tea tree oil SP?  I haven't read all the posts as still catching up, but presume it's spread from when we spoke this morning? Take care ((hugs)) x
