Good morning all 8C and some sun image

Lily hugs, difficult when you have plans and then get summoned to help.

Fairy image is it getting too warm up there?

Dove, wish I'd owned the wigstand.

Let's hope it stays dry today and we all get some time in our gardens.

    Morning all image

Up early to make a drs app for today - you can only book on the day, which usually means countless attempts to ring the surgery at 8am when the phone lines open image We also have an online system to book appts which I'm new to, thought I'd see if it would be a good way to avoid the phone call, and now have one booked for 4pm with the dr I wanted to see image

Good luck with work today Lily. Hope you don't need the image I've snuck in your bag.

Good luck with the exams today for those with LO's taking them.

Think I need some of Dove's coffee image

  • Thanks to all who have reminded me of my A Level exams image.

Lovely day here too. Didn't see moon but I think when it is low on the horizon the atmosphere magnifies it's size. Now where is my physics book, must be something in there....

    SUNSHINE at last. image

Lots to do in garden, then visiting Dad this afternoon, Supermarket tonight.

Mrs Garden and Kef, you will need your wellies tomorrow, the grass is so long and wet, the neighbours are losing cats in it....

I could have an auction in my house. All Mother in Laws treasures, safely boxed to go to Auction, now sister in law wants a final look through to see if theres anything else she wantsimage

If they go back up to Newcastle, they are staying there. I've had enough wrapping, unwrapping, washing, rewrapping etc.

I might need fairygirls industrial staple gun to staple dad into bed. He thinks if his catheter accidentally fell out, and the continuous monitoring ecg leads fall off, he can come home. On the other hand, Mums had the best weeks sleep she's had in months.

FB, Dads eh? Remember my mum having lots of well needed rest when my dad was in  hospital. swings and rounabouts, pros and cons. There should be another way to get rest than a loved one being ill, even if he doesn't believe he is ill!
