I've just had a read about it, it doesn't seem to target tiredness specifically, more brain function and speed of brain function (which most of the time is ok ).....I think cake would help more!!!
Morning all. Wild and windy overnight, lost a few pots, but cant see any other damage.
Sorry to hear about your tree Lily Pilly.
I am amazed how tired you can be after a virtual party and I dont know who said there were no virtual hangovers; I had one.
Dont want to be too medical, but I dont think multi vitamins are the answer OL. If you eat well you will have more than enough. I would go back to GPs.
Have a good day everyone.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
I have to be honest, i do more talking about cake than eating it (halo)
Still think im gonna give ginko a go, surely cant make me any worse!, if it increases blood to the brain then it must work everywhere , i will be the guineapig
My windfalls.....not ripe (as you can see I tried one....urghhh). Any ideas? Could I freeze them for pies/crumbles etc? Or just make loads of apple sauce??
Also, does anyone know what type of apples they might be, I did wonder about Cox's last year but not sure??
No disrespect Punk as you are lovely I'm sure.....but I don't really like going to the docs....holiday first then I will review, is that ok Doc? By the way, I thought you might have been in Blackpool this weekend
What about cider OL? They could be anything there are so many varieties, you can actually get their dna tested to find out what it is, but probably not worth it!
Braeburn seems to be sold everywhere so could be that?
