Morning Yvie - afraid I'm usually early whatever day of the week it is - my bodyclock was established when living on a farm - no Sunday Lay-ins when there's pigs to be fed and milking to be done.

Very busy day again yesterday, Christmas race around our town, great atmosphere, loads of support from crowds, 4 laps of the town, a climb up a very steep cobbled street too, but well worth it. Even had a childrens version so whole family day out (OH carried the bags bless).
Managed a trip around the Christmas market after and a visit to Father Christmas (not the real one apparently) and then back for a super night of Strictly.
Possibly going to nearest big town today to see their offering, but then again might just have a lazy day.

Verdun - he has to go on a diet before Christmas in order to make room for all the mincepies that we leave out for him - the only problem is that his lack of bodyweight means that the sherry and Scotch goes straight to his head - thank goodness he's got Rudolf to get him back home safely!

Our landline phones have a 'nuisence call' blocker, and we can put in numbers to block. So if someone calls for surveys etc we just block them and all 008 numbers. We used to get several every day, now we can go weeks before getting one.
