Pd - I was on 400 cals per day every day for 8 months - monitored by the GP - never been so fit, BP down and stable, didn't have as much as a sniffle - lost 8 stones (found a couple of them since, but that's another story ). I know a couple of people who've done the same - they were Type 2 diabetics and they no longer need meds.

I have put on some weight since but not too much - should lose a stone or so but it's going slowly now I'm more active and not sitting next to the cake table at work But it's absolutely true, I've never felt so fit or had as much energy, nor have I had so many compliments about my skin as when I was on the programme and also drinking 4 litres of water a day.

500 cal day for me too tomorrow. Easier than dieting all the time as it's only 2 days a week. Can't drink vast amounts of water like that as would always be in the loo! 1 - 2 litres OK.

Busy stau strong today! Morning all ... Dove 400 omg! Yeah my friend has been doing 500 cals x1 day a week for 2 years and he is as fit as a butchers dog. I love it suits my lifestyle and the weight drops off.... Gotta think of holiday in May and right now I am not wearing a costume!!!! Hope you all had a quiet night ... Hello all, Woody it sounds like you had a good day yesterday.
I got the pruners out today and cut back the autumn flowering raspberries and some roses.
As it got cold later I went indoors to paint a raised bed a nice maple leaf colour.
