They're pretty quick at deleting them during the week - there are fewer techies on duty at the weekend and to a certain extent we're dependent on Daniel popping in over the weekend and doing a bit of housework!
As for blocking them, they do try but filters aren't foolproof - and I think we probably don't help matters, we keep talking about cake and it just attracts Kitchen Spammers

Hi Verd 3 Meg for me would be internet heaven. I pay the same as everyone else but as a rural dweller I am subsidising everyone else and get a very poor service. Grrrrrrrrr. I barely manage 1.5.

same here WW, sometimes it just stops for a few minutes then starts up again
We are hoping for an improvement by the end of the year when, supposedly, a fibre will be run from the exchange which is 5 kilometres away, to a "box" in the village and then anyone living within a kilometre of that should see a benefit. We will believe it when we see it. Don't hold your breath.
