It was me Verd! Food banks have been all over the news today, and were featured on Daybreak! Couldn't see anyone in sunglasses, so i guess you weren't there
Hit bad times today. Have finally faced up to the difficulties in my work life and got myself signed off while I get my head sorted. I have my first meeting with the CBT lady on Friday, my first step on the road back.
Slow roasted lamb shoulder went down a treat tonight. Olive oil rubbed into skin, garlic and rosemary placed in slits in the skin, covered in foil except for last 40 mins. or so. 4 hours in total. ( some left over for me tomorrow too) Bottle of Australian tempranillo ( bit unusual, but vv good). Collapsed now in front of respective laptops and kindles... who needs the telly?
