  • Good morning  all,

How difficult are haggis to catch? I understand the legs on one side of their bodies are shorter so they can run round mountains without falling down.

Absolutely right Pam - the girls have short legs on the right and the boys on the left - they run around the mountains in opposite directions - when they meet they collide and both have a headache - that's why they're quite rare in the wild - Waitrose breed them in captivity here on the flat lands of East Anglia - they give the boys Cuban heeled boots for the left feet and the girls have stilettos - that way they can 'get together' without too much difficulty image

    Good morning all.

People sound very cheery this morning, is that because it isn't raining ? image

Clari, I don't like coffee. I used to do but one morning I got up and didn't fancy one, and after a few days I really started to dislike the smell. Odd because I used to love the aroma of fresh coffee. More strange is that I really still like Tiramisu.  image

Hope "little Tracey N", enjoys his new job.

Chicky I do like the allsorts that look like a wheel, but you can have all the rest.image

I behaved myself last night, no naughties eaten, will be easy to abstain from now one, as I've eaten all that we had. image Not getting on the scales for a week and will then check for residual damage.

The penny has just dropped image Dove hasn't retired, she isn't health walking, she's got a paper round.image

    Chortle!!!

My son had a paper round - we lived out in a very rural area and he was biking with a heavy bag around outlying cottages and farmhouses - it was part of his training regime as he was a sprinter - one winter we had very heavy snow and there was no way he could get around his patch on a bike and be ready for the school bus so guess who drove him around in the car to deliver his newspapers ? image

Morning everyone, I've had a coffee already, dropped the boys at school and now ready for that cup of tea, I'll put the kettle on image

Thanks KEF, he starts on Monday evening, it's only a few hours a week to start with but is better than every morning and evening delivering papers, he is really pleased with himself image

I think those haggis look very cute, not sure if I could eat one though but OH might want some. We have Scottish connections in the family in OH side (great grandad I think).

Off out for girly tea with my best mate tonight and looking forward to that, list to do today though.

Cold and damp here by the way and hasn't got properly light yet!!!
