Ah, nutcutlet is a vegetarian, hence the name. I could quite easily be a vegetarian, I think the only thing I would miss would be the odd bacon butty!!! Meat free Monday tomorrow, we always have veggie meal on a Monday.
The 'chicken' type one is the white one that Nut is talking about, lovely in a tomato sauce with pasta, I've never heard it called 'lumps' though but might give it a go in fajitas....when I can have them again LOL!
Marinated lumps, (pieces is what quorn call them). Soak them for a while in a bit of olive oil, some soy sauce or wine, herbs, garlic and whatever spices you like, They mix well with rice or pasta.
It's the actual wrap things I can't have panda, well I can if I use may 'syns' but they usually get used for wine!! Although saying that, we are not drinking during the week now and today I have had no 'syns'!!
Just looked it up, on SW wraps are 9 syns and I can have between 5-15 a day. I suppose it depends what diet / eating plan you are doing. Although I like fajitas, I think I would rather have chocolate or wine LOL!

I like the whitish coloured quorn but not that brown mince. It looks too much like meat and smells bad.

Surely you can have fajitas Tracey, they're not that fattening if you use low fat sauces and cheese
I always thought that wraps were ok. Ah well!
