Dove - i did it about midnight last night, and icepacks were applied. Not sure whether it was that or the shock, but I turned into a shivering wreck for a while. Had a good nights sleep though - it only hurts when I put it down on the floor.
Flowers - might try that (if Chicklet leaves any room in the car - there seems to be a mountain of stuff returning with her.
KEF - indeed. Thank heavens for facetime ! I ignore my face and just concentrate on hers - its like having her in a little box in the house
Chucky , hope ankle gets better quickly , have you got a support bandage on it ? Might help
Face time , us it regularly to speak to nieces , as it is family no need to look glamorous , quite often they are still in dressing gown , I think it is really good

Morning all. Haven't caught up with you all yet - been reading my new book
chicky - so easily done. Hope you're ok. It does give you a fright though.
Glad you're a bit better today KEF.
Snow has gone - to be replaced by rain - but it's come back on again now. Think it was forecast for northern England and southern Scotland today LP. We'll probably just get a mix of hail, sleet and snow for a while. Ironing for me today I think....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I just made porridge. I put a large blob of an unidentified frozen object in that I thought was squidged up raspberries. It was cooked red cabbage and onion.
Himself said he thought it didnt taste much of raspberry.

Chicky hugs for the ankle and for when you drop chicklet off
Oh no chicky!! So easily done though. Keep off your feet as much as possible.
Could you not sit in the back and wriggle yourself around a bit so that your legs are up on the back seat, might ease the swelling, take care x

Hope your ankle is OK Chicky. A sprain usually hurts more than a break, but if you can't walk on it maybe an idea to get it X-rayed.
Still pouring.
