BL - that just reminded me of the woman we bought the last house from. She said she wouldn't bother too much since we were doing building work.....and she didn't....
Short walk for me today but very enjoyable. The path was a bit icy in places and temps were low with the wind chill. I'll happily drag some of you out on a walk. Next weekend?
Didn't stop the usual stupid people out with inappropriate clothing and footwear...complete ar*****es.
Glad your boots are up to expectations chicky
Great news doc - long may she continue to improve
Leftover goulash and veg warming in the oven so no cooking needed.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Jo- Lyn has reported the pix. They will deal with it - Monday I expect. Don't let that stop you contributing here. I'm no prude - but I personally thought it overstepped the mark too.

Jo, hopefully after the weekend when the mods are back it will be dealt with as Fairy says. Don't leave over this. Or you could press the ignore button.
I find Edd often oversteps the mark, other times I don't even understand what he quotes
......... this is a public forum where I don't expect to be faced with public nudity.
Sorry for your upset jo, it was wrong of Edd to post the nudity but it is a public forum, off topic and each person will have their own personal idea about what is acceptable.
Personally, I find the chat about the Turner guy more distasteful because it's broadcasting intimate thoughts, being subjective, whereas chatting generally about the bedroom or seeing nudity to me, is more objective.
Stay with us jo, just block out the odd bad bit and enjoy the rest that's warm and friendly
Turn my back for two minutes and all h@@@ breaks out, what happened?
Liriodendron you certainly rattled the old memory box with the story of your 2 year old granddaughter being transfixed. I was 9 and had a piano for a year or more doing very well picking up Certificates as the Vilja Miss Cook drove me on with her lessons and believe me she was the witch of the woods. Dad who could play but would not brought pieces for me to learn, Alice Blue Gown half a crown when you can play it? a fortune to me at the time. He brought this book in Tales from the Vienna Woods, five bob when you get it right. One month later with bruised and bleeding knuckles from Miss Cooks foot long pencil I collected the five bob plus the certificate Miss Cook had told me I would fail. That music took me over I loved every note and can still play it to this day without putting the music up and of course Alice Blue Gown. I could listen to Strauss, Lehar and any Light Opera or Waltz music it is in the blood. In my day at dance school the first dance you were taught was the waltz which is why I get all steamed up when they mess it about on Strictly, well that is my excuse.
