That coffee looks rather decorative Jo. It could even tempt me, although I'm a tea girl at heart. Hubby is ok, but needs monitoring every 6 months by the specialist.
My son's birthday today - here's hoping that the tough time he's had over the past couple of years is over and that the sun will shine for him from now on - even if only metaphorically
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Some progress has been made, I have got out of bed, for the first time in a few days, although it is only because I have to see the Psychiatrist today.
I have no idea how the next few days are going to pan out, although I am determined to be well enough to travel to the sun, in the middle of January.
Not sure I will be on here for a few more days, so I would just like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas, and to thank you all, for the fun and friendship that you have given me this year.
This is a remarkable forum.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Thanks for the coffee jo. Hope, Wonky, Fairy and chicky aren't suffering too much and the bugs disappear by Christmas.
I'm on an iPad mini too Pat and it's driving me crackers (slightly more than normal) and wouldn't let me send anything yesterday afternoon. Every time I pressed submit it threw me back about five pages.
Happy birthday to your son Dove.
The wind is howling and the rain driving against the window. Hope the dog can keep her legs crossed for a while
Morning/afties all. Wild here last night but calmer this morning. It would be nice if we got up to 8 degrees during the day here Dove - but that weird mild weather isn't right at this time of year! Is son having cake by any chance ?
Hosta - didn't you know? They all get killed at the end of Downton....ooops, sorry...
Hope all those with aches, pains and other lurgies and illnesses are a bit better this morning. I seem to have stopped sounding like some sort of 'forty a day' hound during the night.
I'll have a quick look round before I head out to work. Have a good day everyone, stay dry and warm - at least you've been a bit cooler today Pat
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
