Well done Pdoc - your OH will be thrilled that you found her bracelet. Hopefully it will help you both to see the first signs of the dark clouds breaking and the sun fighting to make it's way through to shine on you both. Life's tough when it throws stuff at you one thing after another but nothing (including winter and the bad times) lasts forever.
Sorry to hear about KEF's car problems - hope it's not mega expensive.
Have just got back from town (couldn't be a*sed to go to the SM yesterday and we need food). Completely forgot about Black Friday (which is not a huge event here anyway) and also about the huge annual Christmas Fair / market which takes place over 4 days.
Roads are closed / car parks full to busting queueing traffic everywhere - Tomorrow there will be thousands of visitors including loads of coaches bringing people from all over the country and near continent. Will be pandemonium - am staying home...
Off to tidy the veggie beds now
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
GWRS Do you live near Epworth? We used to live in Haxey, the next village.
Awful afternoon and my new puppy doesn't like the rain. Such fun walking in the garden in the pouring rain 4.00 in the morning when she wakes up and I know she'll need a wee.

They pretend they don't like it, but Labradors love being out in the wet and poodles are designed for retrieving from water, so don't believe her - she's having you on LOL
Come on Andy!!!
