You're right Verd. I jest image

I think the rubbish weather makes us appreciate the good stuff when we get it! When you're up a hill surrounded by clag and it suddenly shifts, it takes your breath away. No matter how many times it happens image

Such a little island we live on - but such diversity. Aren't we lucky image

Thanks FG.  It'll have to be a doofer though, since I'm now full of mussels and loads of other yummy stuff image

  • Ooh, I do love a freshly baked scone. image

Sulking in the kitchen at the moment though with a sneaky glass of wine. image I have been out and about all day (ended up in charge of high jump at athletics this afternoon), anyway, got in and OH is slumped in front of the tv and thinks he is a hero for taking some garden rubbish to the tip - finally - no offer to help with the dinner, make a drink, lay the table, sort Charlie out etc. etc. Grrrww - Feel like Cinderella here sometimes. image Oops, sorry rant over. Breathe and take another slurp, at least SCD is on tonight, the washing up can wait. image

Tomorrow have jogging club and an Open Day at local small organic nursery, might have to treat myself to some new plants. image

Lizzie, hope all is going well in England for you and Dove & WW have had a 'good hair day'.

Hope the weather is kind to you too tomorrow Fairy, although sometimes when I go out running in awful weather I sort of come back feeling invigorated in a strange kind of way, like I fought the elements and survived - I know, a bit weird. image

Anyway, whatever you are all doing have a lovely evening. image
