Hello everyone. I've not been on because I'm very ill. Appalling nausea, gastric. Etc,. I'm seeing the Doctor again this afternoon. I hope she sends me for a blood test, in the he that they can find the bug that is affecting me. Sorry, I might not have much to say until I feel better. I find it too much to even read all your lovely posts.

Another sunny day here , but a NW wind at 20mph making it feel a lot cooler than the 25C would suggest.
A week left until we come home . Already got tons of plans to get on with upon return.
Still not getting much more than about 4.5 hours sleep per day. Is it the absence of alcohol I wonder?
