    Hi

Still no planting, thought I would go to GC, as they usually have their real bargains now. Bought a lovely Snake bark Maple for £3. Am well chuffed.

    Re: Lightbox.

I think they do work and there is some evidence that supports them too.

You need to set it up so that you are vaguely looking into it, for 1 - 2 hours a day.

I put mine next to the computer. You do have to be careful that you get a genuine one, that emits light at the correct frequency, there are many imitations.

Mine is very old, but came from litebook.com.

    Hope that is helpful.

How can you lie there and think of England

Just had the microsoft support from Bangalore branch office on. He wants to stop people hacking into my computer!!!! All I have to do is press the microsoft button on my keyboard and he will talk me through stealing all the money in my account.. funny that. As I said to him, doesnt it bother you lying to people all of the time.? How do I know hes lying? I dont have microsoft, I use macs. Bzzzzzz.

Visitors have gone home today, so we are trying to get our lives back. It'll probably take us a couple of days to get ourselves sorted out. I need to read back to catch up on everyone's doings. I hope Lirio's mother has settled in OK, that Dove had a good day with her Mum and that all other concerns have had a chance to settle down.

    Time for bed for me.

fidget - they're such shysters -  don't know if that's the correct spelling, but it's more polite than the term I'd normally use image

No milk in my house is a hanging offence Hosta. Have you tried keeping one or two of those cartons of long life stuff? I only use the red stuff but that's handy if you're ever stuck. I'd water it down as it's too sickly for my tea - fine for  porridge though  image
