Dove - yes he got the car number, names & addresses & several witness contacts. Did more damage to the car than his bike but his arm is rather sore. Will be purple & yellow before long. Unfortunately the driver didnt speak English but he called a friend to translate & things seems to be being sorted out. He was very lucky though.

Meant to say earlier - nice pics Pat & well done to FG for yesterday.

    Gotta dash now.

Jo, Fairyg, Panda andVerdun, hello. Yes, the trees across the valley are pretty old looking and too dense for someone like me to try to get through. It's very steep as well. Rain hasn't eventuates, but it's still early evening. Sydney had a huge hail storm today (according to the news on TV). Have a good day all.

  • Morning,

Back from the hospital with my burn, looking much better and now I don't have to back for 3 days instead of 2, makes me feel positive. image Still a nuisance trying to get anything done with a bandage on, did manage some gardening yesterday but making pastry was a bit messy. image

Am spending the morning doing paperwork for my new voluntary role and also having finally managed to get together all the countless number of forms the French government want am going to send off something that acknowledges poor Charlie exists - only taken 18 months to get everything I need. image

Hopefully by the time all that's done the sun will be out and I can get back in the garden. image

Shame about the parking fine Jo. image Good luck with your plea. image

Lovely pics Fidget, glad you had a good day and have a great little holiday. image

Good luck to Panda too, hope it all goes well. image

To everyone else Happy Monday. image
