    I remember a client coming home and asking her daughter if anyone had called. 

    " yes someone called Grace asked you call her back"

    Mum. " that'll be Her Grace, the Duchess of Richmond" ( Goodwood House in Sussex)

    since then she's been referred to as Gracey.

    well, a vest in Scotland. Much the same as vests worn elsewhere except usa , as they call waistcoats "vests" weirdos.
