Duvet conversation is making me sad for my recent seperationnfrom my own! image Hubby s still under it as he has a day off work for moving duties!

I painted the front room in crushed aloe matt finish yesterday, spent most of the time removing bubbling nasty bold feature wall wallpaper! image looks much better now! image

I hope everyone's relatives are on the mend, naughty neighbours are behaving and posh bedsheets have been saved Hosta!

Best wishes to all for a fab Friday! image

finally started ordering my bulbs last night ......autumn seems to have caught me unawares this year.  A sack of February Gold for the meadow, some alliums to replenish stocks and some mini white cyclaminnus daffodils because they make me smileimage.  Tonight I will be tulip shoppingimage

  • Morning all,

Interesting chit chat from yesterday, I too am a bedding, towels and t.towel person (well I have got a B&B), love it when it's all fresh, fluffy and new. Oh does moan about me i*****g the T towels tough, but they hang over the oven handle and wouldn't look nice all crumpled. image

OH also now moaning because there is no food in the house, I have been gardening all week, can't do shopping and gardening, kitchen floor is looking a bit dodgy too, might have to succumb and get on with wifely duties today - well shopping and cleaning anyway. image

    Happy Friday everyone. image

I add lemon juice if mine's a bit slow to set.  Lily.

Thanks for Pavarotti suggestion, Dove. I'll see if Hubby can have a go at it.  Trouble is the Internet is being very tedious today and he's been trying to update his program to the next version (or something like that). Don't ask me what! Every email takes ages to come through.

When you say spam, do you mean you're getting emails from people trying to sell you stuff?  We have a nightmare situation here with people ringing the phone 2-3 times a day. I don't understand why Telstra or the government cant do something about it.  image

No Pat, it's not emails  (I've got a very good spam filter) - we sometimes get spam posts on the forum from advertisers which we flag up to the Moderators for removal.  It looks as if they've searched the web for sites which talk about bedding etc, and decided that this one is appropriate for their adverts of Mahogany bedroom furniture so they posted a thread image

    The Mods have been alerted.

Fairyg, there is so much chickweed growing through my geranium Roxanne that I think they may crossbreed! image can you imagine how hard that would be to get rid of! image
