Pdoc and OH hope doc improves soon best wishes to you both.
Pat, its been hard going. Flooding really bad in my work town of Hawick. However no loss of life and everything else can be repaired or replaced just a lousy time for familys being so close to christmas.
Hi everyone, long time no 'see'. Have had a read back but far too much to comment on. Had a bit of a disasterous time recently. Secondborn was supposed to move house on Friday but at 4.00 p.m on Thursday was told that she couldn't move into the new house as the seller had 'changed his mind' and wasn't prepared to move until the end of Jan. Unfortunately this would have meant that Secondborn would have lost her buyer.
We had to repack a lot of her possessions so they were fit to be put into storage and get her moving company so sort out storage for her. She has now moved into our small house with her partner and they will be sleeping on a sofa bed in our conservatory until the purchase goes through. Not great when you are 5 months pregnant. Christmas will be a bit cramped this year but will definitely be a family affair. Luckily she has coped with the stress and the baby is fine.
Haven't wrote a card or wrapped a present but the deccies are up and everything looks Christmassy.
