Pa Panda can drive again (yippee) so we celebrated by a trip to Curry's to buy me a new oven Ended up buying one from AO, they were free delivery and their installation costs were cheaper And following a phone call from them I have them taking the old one away for free Hurrah!!
Evening all, been on Nanna duty today. Doctors changed their mind about mum coming home. Her blood results weren't good. They now say they will look at it again at the end of the week. Problem was I had already told mum the good news so she is understandably disappointed.
Sounds like a nightmare for your OH Hosta. Used to spend a lot of my time driving in my last job can empathise with his frustration.
Yvie I can commiserate. Hospital visits are hard work in the main. My Mum liked the hospital in Crewe because there were a few characters around and they had a few laughs (well a quiet chuckle). Hope your Mum can leave soon.xx
Not as bad as your OH Hosta but took me an extra one and a half hours to get here. I know roadworks have to happen but you'd expect someone to be working.
Turns out Lesley he was trying to sell me the "insurance" should the oven break/need replacing! He did promise the free disposal before I agreed to pay though

Evening all , just got back from watching football , good game to watch even thou a draw
Many years ago got stuck on A1 going to Darington from 8-00 in the morning until 3-00 in afternoon after 3 separate accidents , not much fun , even remember read car manual for some thing to do
finished cupa so of to bed , spending day at allottment tommrow as O/H taking car into garage , keep getting service light coming on for no reason
