flowers - what kind of fresh hell is that!  image Surely people have something better to do with their time!  My sister loves all that c**p. I'm sure I'm not actually related to her....

chicky - I think a little bit of C'mas card writing would be just enough exercise for mr c today  image

Pat - re the ants - isn't weather weird and wonderful all at the same time? If I opened my windows just now,  the entire garden would come in. Not sure which is worse!  image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

These ones can squeeze through the fly screens. I always forget that it happens every summer until you feel the darn things crawling down you arm.

So glad Mr C is home and on the mend. Best wishes and hugs.

Think the only Christmas card my OH ever writes is the one he sends me.

Tidying for me too today, then a lazy afternoon.

Shops too manic to go at weekends and hate SM shopping any day of the weekimage

Wonky, a well known chemist has good weekly offers. There's a good half price  package at the moimage Got one each for my dils yesterday.

    He could lick the stamps....image

There are now roads closed up here with flooding and landslides. Not the Rest and be Thankful - for a change - although I'm not convinced those huge 'cages' they've hoiked up against the hill there will work... only a matter of time. image

What with the rain and wind and the bridge closure - who'd want to be in Scotland right now! image
