    Morning all.

Lazy day beckons for me. I might have overdone things getting ready for yesterday's VIP visit. Worn out now.

OH heading " up country" later as he's working tomorrow.

Wonky , Ma has a couple of little pressies for you ( don't get too excited though, not much room in the car)

We've invited them to stay overnight on the way home if the weather's a bit rubbish on the last day and they want to head off early. Although Verdun seems to be keeping the weather in check so far.

Enjoy you weekend one and all.

    Devon.

One of seven, just watched the weather channel for you 11pm Saturday.

Brisbane weather from Monday all week -temps 20-27c and probably wet. (Which probably means good sweatie and steamy weather. Hope you like it like that! image

Haven't had a chance to read back yet because we've got a visitor at the moment, I've bed. I'll all day again, but have perked up this evening.  Good way to lose weight! I've dropped about 3kg I think.image

    catch you all later.

Good afternoonimage.  I've not done a Panda and just got upimageimage.  IPad had a flat battery this morning and I trawled the shops, then to SM, now cooking for the freezer as I'm leaving the 'men' alone for a weekimage.

Pat I hope the better weather you'll be getting will perk you up And that it will be more refreshing than steamyimage.  Keep drinking and eating what you can.

Fairy I love the 'view' of the  Pentlandsimage.  Hope your boots are made for walking.  I'm sure you'll know tricks to settle them inimage

Wonky, I hope your eye is better today.  Would love to see a pic of the basement.  I know it's lots of work but think of the spaceimage.  No experience with damp proofing but I'd suggest wellies or plastic bags on shoes.

  • Just popping in to get a cuppa, been sitting in the glorious sunshine for awhile.

Jobs done early, so just chillin nowimage

My Dad phoned and said 'remember the daffs, hyacinths and tulips you dug up in the spring?'.  I said I did and he said you can replant them.  I will be going back in November so the tulips can waitimage

Lesley, siestas have been had. We gave up at 12.45.

    Hubby has just left.

Glorious afternoon, just been to Waitrose to get in supplies and it's really warm out. Just having a bit of toast then might head out and do something in the garden.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend one and all.
