Will I stay awake for the bobbing up and down and the hornpipe? image

Good morning to everyone. I slept like a log, but I'm pretty sure i heard Hubby get up in the small hours to let HRH out for her morning ritual at some stage (can't change the routine, she wouldn't cope). image

Bright sunny day here - house cold, verandah nice and warm (east side).  The fire was out, but I've got it going again.image

I must have a look at the TV program for the Proms, but I'm fairly sure it will be a previous year, not the current one. I do love it though - very stirring. Remember the one that AT did? That lovely welsh soprano was on it. Sorry her name escapes me. Was a few years ago now.

Your GCs must be very different to my little hardware store with a space for gardening things out the back. Chocolates? Mmm!  I'd need to go to Aldi or Woolworths for that and by the time I've got to the end of my shopping list, can't be bothered sorting through the choices. Besides, since the diabetes II diagnosis, I'm not supposed to indulge image

Have a good Sunday all. image

I went out and opened the GH at about 10.30 and checked the thermometer . It had been down to 3c overnight, but had already reached 33c by 10.30.  No wonder the plants are starting to jump out of their skins!  They were all gasping for a drink though. I've been hosing the garden as well and getting hot myself. Looks like spring is really here.  image
