    That sounds...weird Hosta  image

Nothing to beat that first cuppa, although the first one after a long day's walking edges it just slightly for me  image

Have a lovely trip chicky. Sounds delightful.   Sun is shining here just now and I feel I should be putting washing on and doing 'stuff' in the garden. This holiday lark's hard work...  image image

    I agree jo.

We spent 5 days in Marrakesh last year . No mobiles, no laptop, no TV. It was wonderfully refreshing.

Re technology - it's a necessary evil these days Jo. It's invaluable for the hill weather forecast as it changes constantly. I monitor a few and take the law of averages!

The mobile is switched off though  image

Exactly fairygirl. There's a time and a place for these things.

    Devon.
  • Thanks for the coffee Jo! Hit the spot! Sounds like you started the day in a lovely way! I'm looking forward to being able to step out the door into my garden with a cuppa! Hope you have a lovely day!

    Hi everyone (especially forker newbies).

Have read back but can't remember much except

Congrats to Panda hope you enjoy your new job.

Happy Hollibobs (think it was lizzie and maybe Fairy?)

I'm staying out of the Refugee discussions

Not met much Royalty but have met lots of famous Actors as used to work in theatre particular favourite was Jo Lumley.

Always use my tumble dryer as I hate ironing.

Heating has been on twice but trying to hold off as long as possible before giving in totally.

Mom is feeling a bit better but insists she is never going into hospital again mmmm that could cause me a few problems in the future.

I'm still itching from new bites (forgot to put insect repellant on yesterday before gardening).

Bit worried about my eye as although it seems to have healed my vision is quite blurred.

Off to Ashwoods in a mo with my friend have removed some of the plants from hanging baskets and pots and need to get some replacements. Bought Sedum Coca Cola and Anemone Elfin Swan yesterday.  Can't find out much about the Anemone its very like Wild Swan in colouring  (hope it's got the same neat habits).

It was quite sunny here yesterday and seems to be similar today, although I haven't ventured out yet.  Hope everyone has a good day.
