Morning all, and a big welcome to Gertie and Gummerimage

I know Beauly,Fairyimage (but only because it is one end of a new, and highly fought over, high voltage, electricity transmission line ....I really should get out moreimage).  Hope squirrel nutkin appears for youimage.

We are taking my uncle to the Leckford water gardens today - only open on the first Sunday of the month, so we have timed it perfectly.  Will take some pics.  Have been before and it is lovely - part of the John Lewis estate, near Stockbridge.  Nice cafe and plant centre tooimage

Hope everyone else has a sunny Sunday .....its glorious here image (at lastimage)

Morning all, esp Gertie and Gummer,

Gorgeous sunny morning here and only a light wind.

Let me know what you think of Leckford Chicky. Of course as a JLP Partner, I partly own that estate image.

Hopefully finishing the grass today and need to have a tidy up as Hubby home tomorrow.

Must remember to eat to-day , forgot about lunch then by the time I'd finished watering tunnels and having a lovely long chat with No1 daughter ,it was 9pm and the notion for dinner had passed.

    Enjoy Sunday.

    First lot of washing on.

Sunny here, I may get the foxgloves in now that I can get a fork in the soil.

It looks like harvest festival. Onions, beans, tomatoes, lots of victoria plums, the first of the apples, and I think the first of the sweetcorn are ready.image

a friend came round yesterday and hoovered up surplus tomatoes.

She's going to make tomato and chilli jam with vanilla !!!!

She says she'll drop some back next week. I'm intrigued.
