Oooh we're so close to the end of the holidays! Today is the last out reach event I've just a messy play, a first aid friday, a weekend of hands on activities and the fact that I'm staying in the museum all weekend as I'm supervising a ghost hunt that doesn't end til 03:00... image

Lots of rain overnight here - pond is topped up and grass is growing like mad. If the forecast's right I may need to bring a little pony home to keep it in check..image...

Off for a quick look round before I head off. Was slightly awol last night as I was making a cake for a friend at work who's sold her house. Lemon drizzle anyone? image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Wonky keep pushing those fluids through!! His lordship had a really bad cold the other week (even I'd admit it was more like flu). He was so ill he had to be FORCED to eat a bacon butty. I hope you feel better soon!

I've just checked my bank account. I'm meant to be paid on the 20th. Got a cheque on the 21st so couldn't pay it in until the 22nd of course. It's now the 27th and its still not cleared.

Anyone else wondering if it's about to bounce? (According to the Natwest website if you bank a cheque on a Saturday you can withdraw the funds on... Friday! Agh!)

Thanks for good wishes, I think I'm getting over it.  Haven't risked food yet. The only plus I can think of is that the bathroom scales are just about smiling. Hmmm. image Ive been offered food, but not interested!

It seems as though our cloudy foggy day has cleared up, but the prediction is for another severe low. Many rivers are reported as flooding and Warragamba dam (Sydney's main dam) has been overflowing. Our river is bank to bank and flowing very strongly.  image
