Lovely looking cake Frit. Wish I'd seen it sooner but I got bored and started hunting down snacks from the fridge and cupboards.
Fairy I'll never be able to look at a kilt again without wondering what's underneath.
Beaus and LilyP thanks for asking about the family - things are rumbling along OK at the moment. LilyP I wish I could help out with knitting but I am completely useless at it.
Great that you've got another interview Panda - best of luck.
Feet up at last, got an awfully sore verruca, have to wait until next week to see chiropodist, but still managed a lot in the garden today, including securing the services of a hedge man - at last. 1st one wanted 46€ an hour and reckoned 16 hours work , 2nd one who seemed very nice (& knowledgable) is 20€ an hour and thinks 8 hours. Lives locally too and provided references, hopefully all will be well.
Got 2 lots of guests in tonight, some English, house hunters, searching for a perfect house and no compromises are to be made according to husband. Other lady is French and working in the area selling electronic cigarettes to shops, also very nice.
Now enjoying a little glass of wine outside admiring a lovely moon glowing beautifully despite still being near daylight. Hope you are all doing something equally relaxing.

BTW Lily Pily, I like to knit, as long as it is a fairly simple pattern I would be happy to try and help. I have done Easter Bunnies and Christmas reindeer before now.

Jo.. So sorry to hear about your friend - so difficult to watch loved ones suffering. My sister in law and best friend was unwell for a while but as i had already had my kidney removed, i sort of picked up on her symptoms so to speak & Pushed/Pushed her to go to docs after her being and getting nowhere for weeks. She did and that night, rushed to hospital, her kidney was taken out (docs missed her past 6 months infections as being anything serious)?? We lost her within 6 months....37. .
So, i believe We live for the moment, and to hold no regrets and Say whatever we want to say. Hugs Jo. .
Panda - congratulations on the interview - fingers crossed. In fact - everything crossed for you.....(Dito Panda).
