Julie - if you like crab go to the Rum & Crab Shack at St Ives http://rumandcrabshack.com/ Really relaxed place up some stone steps on the seafront - you can have a whole spider crab to pick to pieces if you like, and crab sandwiches and lots of other really good seafood. So laid back it's almost horizontal and a wonderful view - fine for little ones

OH had shingles in exactly the same place Runny They came not long after we moved in, they appeared after (the last time) he mowed the lawn. I thought the 'spots' we insect bites and put antihisamine cream on them when they hadn't gone, and got worse he went to the Drs. By then it was too late for tablets Only just got his sensation back it was nearly 3 years ago
Picked nearly 2kg of blackberries this morning. Well, probably more actually, but quite a few didn't make it into the containers Now mostly in the freezer awaiting the apples to go with them.

My experience of shingles have been on the body/waistline and I know how sore it is there. Hopefully you won't have fto suffer for too long.
