Might have a weekend in the smoke before too long and that sounds like a different way to do the sights if the weather is OK. Off to have a look online now.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

If we are into food and drink mode , when I got home from a couple of hours at the allottment I had a Bottle of Beer called " Hazal nut Brownie " which had a chocolate taste made by Batemans a brewery in Wainfleet Lincolnshire , it was very different and very nice , would go nice with cheese scones , cheers everybody

Well done Chicklet
Have a celebration drink Chicky
Cheese scones lovely , with some strong cheddar and fig chutney
like the sound of those GWRS.
Evening all.
Did absolutely nothing all day, even went back to bed this afternoon.
OH home tomorrow then we're both heading up country on Sunday, boo hiss.
Hostanfan1 , it's nice to occasionally to have a restful day
just being nosey " heading up country "
we are going to seaside over weekend
Evening all - I'm home and bathed after a very long day, and had a cuppa so that's me sorted
No views at top- it looked like this
but just to prove I did it ....
and Tufty gave me some encouragement fifteen minutes into the walk
Congrats to all the exam takers - and love to proud mum and auntie
Now I shall look and see what mischief you've been up while I've been absent
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Thanks doc - I doubt there'll be another 100 though
I missed Panda's birthday - hope you've had lots of cake
You've all been very busy - glad you enjoyed your bike ride chicky. Bet you did a fair few miles
Lots of hedgehog, pumpkin and scone chat I see. Not a fan of cheese scones - they don't go with the jam

I'd like there to be a bigger gap between Christmas and....Christmas...
