Oh so much to remember, I wish we could go back without losing our post. So apologies if I forget anyone.

Congrats Chicklet, I remember the stress when my two were waiting for results so I'm glad it's all turned out well.

Clarri I hope your and Reggie are OK now. I quite liked the idea of the cast iron panimage

Hope mum finds her nashers Dove but glad to hear that was OK when you went to see her.

Have been out sorting the garden out this morning, still finding lots to do after my hols.  Then went to get my nails done.  Treated myself to nail extensions so it's taking a while to post as I'm not used to having any and keep hitting the wrong key.

Have a trip to the dentist this afternoon, nothing being done, but will need to decide if I want to go ahead with the implants mmmm I could buy an awful lot of plants with that moneyimage

No rain here yet but it does look gloomy out so fingers crossed.  My water butt is empty too.

Congrats to chicklet. What subject is she going to do?

Have you got accommodation sorted.?  I happen to know a spare room on the direct bus route past the uni.

And that's the rain on image

  • Rain has slackened here but should have dampened things a bit. Last time it piddled down, I was outside with a brolly watering the pots and baskets...

No rain here yet.. we've put sandbags outside the back door ready for it. Very quiet here, I think all the customers have gone to Cornwall.

    Hiya all,

Rain has driven the three tree guys home, but not before one of them reversed into the gate pier.image

The lovely Leo ( boss ) says he'll make a good job repairing it. Hey ho, accidents happen.

Just popped the first sweetcorn of the season under the grill. Hope they taste as good as they look.
