I'll cross you off my list of possible crew then Dove - although as I get seasick too I tend to avoid the bumpy bits.  That's if I ever get the thing moving!

    Great looking schooner, Edd.

I can see the picture Edd and she looks a beauty.  Hope you're getting your sea legsimage.

Pleased to hear Ma is doing OK Doveimage.

Lizzie I hope the majority of your plants aren't beyond rescue.  What a welcome home that wasimage.

I'm at sixes and sevens at the moment.  We are due to go on holiday next Wednesday (on a ship too) but have heard that Mum may be taken into hospital in the next few days if she's no better and I've done something to my foot which is very sore and swollen - can't get a shoe on or drive.  Just a bit stressedimage.

Lily I had the same as you with loads of notifications coming through at the same time.  It looks as though that problem is solved now tooimage.

Hope all went well today Wonky and that you have a starting date nowimage.

I can see the ship. Beautiful, and I don't get seasick. Grandad was a Commander in the Royal Navy.

Oh dear Lesley, do you mean Wednesday next week? I do hope you and Mum are better then. How worrying. Hugs.

Had lots of notifications this morning.

Edd - hope you get this back - that ship is absolutely beautiful. I am officially jealous - love sailing but haven't been for a couple of years. Absolutely nothing quite like it when it's hot and sunny. Have a wonderful time image

Lesley - that's a difficult situation for you - hope things resolve themselves before too long.

BL - Just hate it when a holiday means coming home to an overgrown or parched garden. Really takes the shine off somehow. Hope you can rescue yoursimage

Lesley - poor you ((hugs))  - Just a thought - have you got holiday insurance that would cover it?  Then you could book another holiday when things are more settled .........

Evening all - have not been on the Forum for the last twelve months, and I seem to have missed more than I imagined.

I noticed on another discussion on Sunday that you had problems with Mike Allen - he always seemed friendly and knowledgeable - what happened?

Just got back from the allotment with load of veg, but it's like a dustbowl up there - please, please, can we have some decent rain?
