Thanks Gg, great pictures as usual. Great to see you and your family and other forkers too. Amazing you all came so far to support us. We had about 400 visitors and raised about £4,000 for our charities. The money will be handed out at next Saturday's Annual Flower Show, Woodgreen Village Hall, 2 til 4 pm.
Evening all - lovely pix GGirl - well done Woody and all the others - you raised a terrific amount. Very tiring getting your gardens ready but must be very rewarding
I left early this morning to walk the last hill of the seven at Drumochter. Very pleasant day and saw lots of grouse, mountain hares and some Painted Lady butterflies, but the most exciting thing was seeing some Ring Ouzels. Didn't get any pix unfortunately as they were too speedy. When I figure out how to put the pix on from the new camera () I'll put a couple on the Camera thread.
Have had some of older fairy's cake but there's loads so if anyone wants a piece.... Thanks for all the good wishes for her
Off for a quick look round to see what you've all been up to today
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Lovely pictures thanks GGirl! Really nice little restful seating areas too
The cakes inspired me so I have just taken twelve cherry and orange drizzle muffins out the oven......get em while their hot! ........ooops...... Make that eleven
Oh thanks Fairy and Wonky, I'll just have one of each.
Smashing pics Gg. What hard work everyone put into their gardens but their efforts were really worth it. Well done Woody.
Got down to Cheshire but only managed half an hour's gardening before the heavens opened. Shopping tomorrow. Think I'll have an early night to prepare myself.
