    Good morning all image

Thoughts with all those heading for the saltmines this morning

I was worried that they wouldn't, but both my salvias got through the winter and are an absolute picture at the moment -

    S. gregii 'Icing Sugar' and S. gregii 'Trewithen Cerise' and S gregii 'Nachtvlinder' .7

    I made that 3 image

Yes, that just confused me when I read it back - what happened was that I was sure I'd bought  S.Trewithen Cerise, that's what the label said, however it didn't look cerise to me, but that's what I wrote in my book  - but when I planted it out I found that the label stuck on the pot said Nachtvlinder and that's certainly what the flowers look like.  I wrote it in the book but when I wrote that post Trewithen Cerise was still in my head - then I checked in the book and wrote Nachtvlinder, but forgot to edit out the Trewithen Cerise - does any of that make sense???

Shall I make some more coffee ... image

Hostafan1, gosh you get up early, i do in the summer, inspite of blackout curtains, and eye mask, in June, am awake at 3.30, if anyone else moans says weve had the longest day, its started getting dark really early, I shall have to resort to violence! Monday 2 a.m got up for drink of water could not get back to sleep, Hubbys alarm goes off a t5.  I worked Monday night, Tuesday morning slept for about 30 minutes, could not get back to sleep. Gave my notice in to Line manager as per instructions from work Pension office, Tuesday night at work, shes given it back to me!!! instructions to go and see Payroll Manager (who pension office told me did not exist!!)Finnish work at 8, offices open at 9, friend took pity on me, took me home for breakfast, bless her! Went to Payroll Manager, lovelly lady, could not answer Pension questions , because she is payroll, suggest I speak to work Pension Office!!!  Back home shattered, to find Hubby has not watered anything.Staggered around doing the stuff that looked most dead, and up at 6 a.m. today, watering, and filling water butts. Had a tiny bit of rain on Monday, and that was it.

I was believe me, when folk say they are tired or dont sleep much I am not impressed! My Hubby claims to be tired, - fast asleep before his head hits the pillow and out for 8 hours, if he gets less, he goes into meltdown (LOTS of serious phobias) Someone asked me what I will do when I retire in October (that is IF I can actually get the correct advice!) I said sleep!!!
