    It's been freezing today!

The wind is fiercely cold and there's been heavy cloud cover. I thought we were in June image

Luckily I've been far too productive in other ways so no garden today.

Teaching Flynn to like my car. He hates cars, he freezes with fear at noisy roads, so far I've got him inside on my lap with the door shut. Next stage is turning on the engine. He's a quick learner but we will take all the time he needs image

    Hi folks,

Been in the garden for most of the day.  Have planted the delivery I received today, well all but two. Apologies to Paddock, the names were inside the plants, although they did get the Agapanthus and the Day lilly mixed up.

The trellis has had one coat of paint, ran out so will have to get some more tomorrow.

Fell foul to some more plant porn,  have ordered patio clematis Cezanne (well I had two pots so one clematis was no good was it?)image

Wintersong it's been cold here too.  I'm sure pooch will get used to the car.  He'll soon be jetting around with you head hanging out of the window.

So we've been knocked back on one funding bid (boss submitted it.... a month too late), the dog has once again exploded ALL OVER the hallway (how you get it behind the radiator I've no idea) and a magnetic sign off the van fell off today somewhere in Sheffield.

Vets called: take him in tomorrow, partner has helped clean up by hanging a car freshener in the hallway (cheers for that sweetie: I'll just do the rest shall I) and appeal on twitter just in case someone finds the magnet (would be nice for something to go right tonight).

The weeds are taking over the garden. I may resort to death by flame thrower.

Just been watching Griff rhys jones wizzing down a zip line in Blaenau ffestiniog. Coincidentally thats where we're heading onThursday. I think I'll stick with the nursery followed by a cadwalladers ice cream in Criccieth.

We're off here tomorrow http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/brancaster-estate/  One of our most favourite places in the world - think Pdoc was nearby earlier in the year.
