Hope you're better for trip to East Ruston on Friday Wonky!

Yvie, take it steady with that knee.

Hosta - congrats to the new property owners! image

It's chilly here and trying to rain.  I've tied up some clematis and the autumn raspberries and moved pots and precious things into sheltered areas.

The birds are still busy feeding so I'll not put the hedgehog food out until later or they'll raid it.

Now we're on the sofa waiting for Nigel Slater's new programme to start - we've got the fire on image

Hope you feel. Better soon Panda, I blame the brownies!

Pdoc isn't gonna recover for ages, as his case is far more serious, but well wishes all the same image

OH been lovely, so gonna go eat on our laps easy dinner and watch game of thrones under a duvet! Bliss! At least the bad weather means no spontaneous unannounced visitors! image

OH  is staying tonight and coming back tomorrow night. He's somewhere on the gower peninsula. I could have gone but I thought i had too much to do in the garden. Apart from watering in the greenhouse, I've done nothing,.

One of my most favourite places in the world! He could pop in and say Hi to my slightly bonkers and absolutely wonderful Aunty B - she'll make him very welcome image

Well, if I'd known, she could have done him B&B. I think he's in a premier inn.image.

He'd have probably had to do her breakfast - she's not as mobile as she was - nowadays she goes to feed the family ponies and donkeys and visit the bees on her mobility scooter - but she'd have told him where everything was and supervised and chatted to him about her chickens and the family in Tasmania while he cooked it image

Just checked - he's 20mins away at the most - and he'd have been on The Gower proper image
