Morning all, or should I say afternoon. Had a lie in today, didn't get up till 10. However, I have been busy since then, I've been to visit mum and had a quick look at the garden. It's been raining here but now it's brightening up so I am thinking I might have a quick trip to the GC.
First and Second born have given me free reign for a GC trip for Birthday pressies as they didn't know what to get me. I have told them it's a bit dangerous letting me loose but they said it was OK
Glad you Tea in the Garden went well Busy, cake freezes quite well you know
Lovely wheels WS, wont you look glam with the wind in your hair, a bag of compost on the back seat and a large plant hanging out over the boot.
RB, where did you go to in Turkey we are off there on our annual visit in late July.
Keep waiting for the rain to tail off as promised ....still waiting. Have sewn a patch on my gardening gear, tidied all the propagators away for next year, and might have to resort to sitting down with a cuppa and a GW magazine ......can't remember the last time that happened in daylight hours. Come on sunshine, I've got pots to plant up
And Cornwall are in the quarter finals of the 50 over competition in the cricket too. Must be something in the water.... or is it the Pasties... sounds like unfair advantage to me...
Just heard from Dove, she's been baking a cake and was going to share it with you all, but the website has booted her off and won't let her sign back in! she says not to worry, OH has volunteered to eat your share of orange marmalade cake!
But you best behave cuz she can still read what YOU say!

Congrats, Verdun!
Thanks, Chicky, Fairy & Lesley - photos will be forthcoming! Not a lot of gardens to look at, but plenty of trees and lakes.
Rain has stopped so I'll nip out & plant the courgettes, then pop round and visit Ma. Wonder if she'll recognise me with short hair?
