Poor you Hosta! Hope your knee's coping with a late night
We've heard very little of the Radio One Weekend! We certainly heard the sound checks on the previous day, but whatever the 'Noise Professionals' have done it's done the trick - I think the speakers must have been turned to face another way, as apparently there have been complaints from the hospital - they've been told to shut their triple-glazed windows.
I've just snuck out onto the front porch in my jimjams - all the planting I did yesterday looks great, and the tub on the porch step is looking pretty too. A few days' warm growing weather and it's going to look fantastic! Fingers crossed and snails permitting.
Today we will be mainly getting ready for the Shed! I think it's going to be called The Shedlet (it's very small, but more than a cupboard)
Today's supper will be Wiener Schnitzel - a belated homage to Conchita Wurst and Eurovision or it could be down to the fact that there were veal escalopes in Waitrose yesterday reduced 'cos they were on their Best before date - we didn't have them yesterday as OH had planned to make a curry. In the end I made it 'cos he came home from work with a migraine.

Morning all, dampish here but might get something done outside later. If not, I have seed sowing to do - at last Glorious day yesterday and had a great walk so feeling really good - taking it easy today. Heard the cuckoo again and spotted him sitting on top of a distant fir. Lovely when it's quiet and all you hear is that sound. Loads of wildlife - the wheatears don't stay still long enough to get a pic unfortunately but I have some pix of some little wildflowers which I'll see if someone here can ID - I don't have a book for those any more.
Hope you have a great birthday Clari
Hosta
Will have to try and catch up with all the doings on here - do you need any curtains sewn for the shed Dove? I'll have to look back to see what your new plants are. Hope OH is feeling better today.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
