I got all that lot in carrier bags and my rucksack that has three ways to access it and I must have looked funny walking home because there was a plant poking out of each hole
Lol winter , hope it cheered you! you must have looked like a walking planter! Same thing happened to me when I went to lidl this morning!
Liri, got my clematis! Went for miss Bateman as it was the only really healthy one left and will go beautifully with my Montana Rubens unfortunately it was attached to a six pack of mini yellow Dahlia oh well!
I did laugh the other day, a woman asked my market stall lady if she had any other clematis as she didn't think the one she was looking at was in good nick as the bottom of the plant was skinny and stick like. After she went to look at another one I turned to her, shook my head and said that what it's supposed to look like! She agreed! It looked a good plant, had a few lovely fat buds on
Panda's travel updates . . . . . having just spent out for a hostel for Sunday the bloomin' toerags cancel the strike Should be happy, but was quite up for the Sunday start Am happy really
Aww Panda. Wasted money - can you sue them for cancelling?. Hope you have a great time.
Winter and Wonky I would have loved to see your plants sticking out everywhere.
Have got down to Cheshire OK and have had a good weeding afternoon. Mum's pre-op done but she has to go to Aintree for 9am tomorrow and is staying overnight. Dad is interfereing in everything I do, including using Provado over my shoulder whilst I was on my knees weeding.
I normally stop at Tebay for my treat of bacon roll and coffee but there were 10 coaches of young teenagers milling about the place and there was no chance of even a toilet stop. They were all being well behaved, but ....
The weather here has been lovely (thought I'd better stop moaning) and hope it carries on for a few days. Look forward to seeing chicky's pics of Chelsea.
W'song - Hope you're better soon. The plants will help - Warsaw Nike is very nice. Had a little look at my Rouge Cardinal today and it has some nice fat buds.
Glad you had a lovely time on your trip doc
BL - think you need a lie down now
Perhaps it was a squirrel who'd forgotten this.....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Well done with your garden visit Lizzie
All we need now is for foxes to deliver the bacon, beans and hash browns
.
Afternoon all.
Lovely day here, managed to empty some more stuff out of the greenhouse, only to fill it again with more window sill stuff.
Only stuff still inside the house are my Cannas.
Hawthorn hedges in the garden are now flowering, so hopefully frosts are over.
