Yvie - glad your mother's feeling a bit better image

The Undergardener has been a hero and mowed both lawns, even tho' today was supposed to be a Studio Day image  Think he deserves an extra Yorkshire Pud for that!

I've turned the remains of yesterday's Irish Stew into a Scotch Broth for lunches and it's in small containers and will go into the freezer when it's cooled.  A cauliflower has been steamed and when I've finished this coffee I'll turn it into cauliflower cheese for later in the week.

  • Afternoon all, sorry not been about. Been busy in the real world. Only bit of gardening done has been lawn mowing and removed that manky rosemary, replaced with a viburnum that should prefer the site!

    Hope all are well!

Hi Gertieimage.  My spellcheck recognises youimage.

Happy anniversary LilyP.  Have a lovely dayimage.  Not long till the family arrive now.

KEF thank you for the crackling good wishesimage.  Just had a call to say they've been held up by the Glasgow to Edinburgh cycle race.  Heaven knows how the food will turn out as I could have time for a tippleimage.

Yvie - glad your Mum is back where she's happy.  No point worrying about what may happen (wish I could take my own adviceimage).  Have you got drops for your eyes?  That can make things blurry but I hope you're sorted soon.  All of you!

Did you find a dress for Gd yesterday Rb?

Thanks for the heads up Fidget - I've put it on to record.  I went there years ago with my mil, sil and two nieces and thoroughly enjoyed itimage.  The duvet idea is worth consideration for the coming winterimage.

Will have to read back later.  Enjoy your day.
