Well I'm back and short breaded out image Wish you had been there Fairy, I ate too much! Best one in the plain shortbread (Guides) was a lemony one, and then we had to judge millionaires shortbread (leaders). I don't think I could manage anymore image

    Congratulations Yvie and OHimageimageimage.

Welcome Gillygeeimage.  Love the koala and wonder if there's a special reasonimage.  As for shortbread tasting, we have just had someone round to give us an estimate for retaining wall/terrace repairs and I make a cuppa, went to get out the shortbread where all I found was an empty packetimage. Should have made my own and hidden itimage.  If there is any spare Panda ........image.

    Pace yourself Wonkyimage

    Hi Gillygeeimage

Panda well done I'd have been image

I'm now sweet smelling and a beef roast dinner to attend to, and typically the sun is now shining and it's warm. If I say roast beef and salad do you think the sun will go in  image

    Have a great evening all.

Congrats Yvie and Mr Yvie - thats lots of years to celebrate ! Some sort of ruby plant should be used to mark the occasion image

Just returned from an impromptu GC visit with OH ..... and an acer aureum followed me home. Really nice shape and gorgeous leaves. Just having a cuppa then going to pot it on.

Some of my hellebore leaves have black spot already this year - have cut them off - hope that was the right thing to do ....verd, help needed image

Don't we just Yvie - I'm contemplating ironing and shortening a pair of walking trousers. I know how to live  image

Verd - not much eating in a sparrow , and the legs are a bit crunchy. Fine in a small sandwich...image

Think that's the usual advice for hellebores chicky. Verd will know though.
