Morning all!  image  (Well, it still is morning - just)

Still pouring down here too, so I've spent a fruitful few hours this morning doing some h****w**k, since there's nothing doing in the garden.  Very little wind here though - we're amazingly sheltered in our steep-sided valley, except for the rare occasions when there's a NE gale.  image  Hope it quietens down for all you wind-blown folk!

Love your photo, BM!  My cat specialises in sending personal emails when my back is turned.  image

Yvie, hope you manage to calm your mum down.  I find it touching but scary that the mum I always turned to for comfort and advice, now relies on me for comfort when she's upset.  I guess yours is the same...  image

Right.  Better answer some emails, if the cat will let me.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Hope there is some concrete news today LilyP.  Fingers crossed all is well for tomorrow.

Philip, yes, he did play and I'm still trying to dry the waterproofs and shoesimage.  His team won too so yet another game next week.  Good luck to your wife for this afternoon.  I used to play a little but have a bad shoulder plus I'm not competitive enoughimage.

Clari it's a treat for you to be in the warm and dry and not be in a smoke filled areaimage. Enjoy you birthday whenever you decide to have itimage.

Hope you can calm your Mum Vyie - what a shame she has to worry about such things.

Beaus - was it really wise to buy a house so near to a GCimage.

Was wondering round GC minding my own business.... Massive rainstorm kept me stuck in there!.....well what else could I do?...

Now I've become infected with sticky label syndrome! I'm not blaming anyone but....

    Afternoon image

These plants in GCs have all the tricks image First they used to leap into our trolleys/baskets and when we got wise to that they developed sticky labels image image image

Yup Panda! And then getting the weather on side and getting you stuck in the shop! That's a low blow! You're powerless against them! image

Hello all....I'm back. Most 'umble apologies for being AWOL for so long! image

Thanks to all who were concerned that I'd popped my clogs image

No chance of catching up with what you've all been up to so I'm not going to try. I hope everyone is well but hugs to all who are not or who've been coping with illness and sad times.

I've not done much in the garden because I've been out doing a bit of this...
