Snoodle that was very generous of Dove to bring extras. The owl programme was on BBC2 last night at 8pm. It was called Super-Powered Owls and was fascinating. Perhaps you could catch it on i-player.

we have just found a bat in the curtains and OH not around. Friend and I donned Batman outfit and with butterfly net and heavy gloves on finally got it. Have popped it back up in a tree

Cheers Lesley but can't find it on iplayer. It reckons a horizon programme about ocd was on bb2 last night at 8pm. Maybe a regional variation. I'll keep an eye out for it.

I've just woke up.
after over 10 hours sleep.
Just spoken to OH. I think he'll be back early due to the rain.
Mercifully we managed the outside bits he needed me to " foot " the ladder yesterday.
I dread to think what the garden will be like when we get back to Devon tomorrow.
Keep dry one and all.
Washing went out for five minutes but now back in again
